REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Passionate about NFTs, DeFi Gaming, Web3, Metaverse.
- Experience of community building, managing, nurturing and retaining it.
- Familiar with Discord & Telegram platforms and able to use every tool.
- Experience in planning community events.
- Have a great passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Previous experience as a community manager or social media manager and must also have an intimate knowledge of the Crypto & Gaming Space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Warena Discord and Telegram communities and deliver high-quality content to promote events & giveaways and every platform updates.
- Work closely with Community Manager and Marketing to ensure community strategy
- Design campaigns to drive user growth and engagement and also ready to educate users about the project and the upcoming specs and features.
- Assist community members in using products and solve product problems.
- Research customers’ insights/complaints/concerns/feedback and address them to the core team for timely solutions.
Handle social media accounts to communicate with the community. - Collaborate with marketing, support, product and dev teams to meet company’s goals.
- Contributes to the idea and drives the execution of engagement strategies and always tries to improve the community experience.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Those who want to be in the program should be active and enthusiastic, including actively exchanging in Warena’s community groups. Applicants must have a positive attitude. Being familiar with the blockchain / NFT game industry and having trading experience is a huge added bonus.
Note: Successful applications will have a 30-minute interview with the Warena team. After interviews are completed, an ambassador will be chosen!
