Warena has had a highly successful IDO and is now launching its phase 1 Tower Defence game. With the project shooting for the moon, let us look at what constitutes the NFTs available in Warena, both for this initial game and for Phase 2’s 3D adventure game, to be released in Q2-2022.
Phase 1 — Warriors Unite
In the Tower Defence game, players will become familiar with the Warena story. Gameplay consists of using up to 3 warriors to battle through ever-increasingly difficult stages or to compete in PvP matches.
These initial warriors are the game’s only NFTs.
Rarity will play a defining characteristic as to how strong, and subsequently, how valuable the NFT warrior is. There will be 4 rarities released into Warena — Common, Rare, Epic, and Legend. All warrior rarities will have their own leveling system, with a cap dependant on the rarity.
Cool! So how does P2E fit in?
As with any NFT, the more the project becomes a success, the more valuable the base NFTs are. With Warena and all the backing and partnerships involved in the project, the game should reach some very high achievements. Already the community has evolved tremendously and, as of the publishing date of this article, the current value of the $RENA token is $2.61 USD with a 24-hour trading volume of $2,376,798 USD. The initial IDO for $RENA was 0.0165.
As players acquire a team of warrior NFTs, they will be able to of course use them in the games’ content, but can also stake the NFT to the platform and earn money by doing so, as well as place warriors on the marketplace, to lease or to sell.
Staking is a way to put an NFT to work and earn rewards on it. Staking NFTs is a process that involves committing an asset to support a blockchain network and confirm transactions. It’s available on projects such as Warena that use the proof-of-stake model to process payments.

The same mechanics that governed warrior rarities will remain, and with the 3D game launch, players can expand upon their NFT collection. The main NFTs that will be introduced in phase 2 will be land and the ‘houses’ one can build on the land.
The purpose to purchase land NFT is to begin to mine for in-game resources. These resources will be needed to upgrade your warrior’s power level as well as perform daily transactions within the game’s market ecosystem.
Once you own land, you have the option to purchase multiple types of production accessories and facilities. The types of production facilities are listed as:
- Defense house: This accessory will help strengthen walls and tiles. It can also extract a land’s resources to create new walls.
- Resource-extraction house: Just like the name suggests, this accessory will help extract resources at a much faster rate. You can also extract more valuable and rare resources that can otherwise sometimes be missed.
- Decorative house: This accessory accelerates experience gained from the many activities that take place within the land.
- Energy powerhouse: This accessory will extract and develop energy sources from existing resources. It can also power other facilities you own.
- The main house: Maintain and create NFT resources. Upgrade and create more NFT-based assets.
- The farmer creation house: Generate workers who will assist with resource extraction, building, and defense work.
